Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with ODEYSSE, operated by ODEYSSE OFFICIAL (PVT) LTD. ODEYSSE sells admission tickets and reserved packages for live events and experiences. Because event capacity is limited and reserved on your behalf at the time of purchase, the following terms apply to all ticket and package purchases.
All sales are final
All ticket and package purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed. A ticket reserves a place that we can no longer offer to another guest, so we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to meet entry requirements.
Event cancellation or rescheduling
If an event is cancelled by ODEYSSE and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price you paid. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
What refunds exclude
- Payment gateway, processing, or currency-conversion charges applied at the time of purchase.
- Complimentary, promotional, or discounted items issued as part of a package.
- Add-ons or services already delivered or consumed before the event date.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same booking, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Once verified, any genuine duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment method.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval; the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
